1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrustAppCard (the "Website") and our virtual prepaid card services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TrustAppCard provides a facilitation service to help users acquire virtual prepaid cards. We act as an intermediary and technology provider. The cards themselves are issued by licensed third-party financial institutions. We do not provide credit, loans, or banking accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using TrustAppCard, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

4. Fees and Payments

Our service involves a transparent setup fee for the issuance of the virtual card, which is clearly displayed before checkout. You are responsible for all fees associated with the purchase. Once a card is issued and funded, the setup fee is non-refundable governed by our refund policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in strict transparency regarding refunds:

• Unissued Cards: If you pay the setup fee but the card cannot be issued due to verification failure or system errors, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your setup fee.
• Issued Cards: Because a virtual card is a live financial instrument, once the card is successfully issued and delivered to your dashboard, the setup fee ($5.00) becomes strictly non-refundable.
• Disputes: If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact support@trustappcard.com within 14 days of the charge.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. We do not guarantee that the virtual card will be accepted by all merchants, as acceptance is governed by the specific merchant's policies and the card network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
